Illinois governor is blaming Trump for it.
MSNBC is now saying the shooting may have been a Kirk supporter shooting a gun “in celebration”.
Sounds like he was asked about mass shootings just as he was shot.

Since the white guy they initially stopped wasn’t the shooter, it sounds like we still don’t know anything about the shooter.
