I would say this is impossible…at least, that’s what all my friends on MySpace say.

I got a request from a HS friend for my phone number on messenger. I asked why and how did we know each other and the response only dealt with the why saying someone was trying to get on his facebook and the app said he could get code from friends to get back in.
Of course I searched that and found it is a scam where someone who already has control of someone’s account asks for that so they can get control of your account. I figured it was some scam and wasn’t going to give anything. So I notified the friend’s brother who I’m also friends with and is very active on FB. He said they were dealing with trying to get control of the account again.
I was also suggested to be friends with my sister who I am friends with. Reported it and later in the day tried to search for that profile and it was gone. Sometimes they do right, just not often enough.

More annoying is when I’m in a Facebook group and it asks me to invite random other friends for whom the group is not appropriate. Like it asks if I want to invite my male friends to a mom’s group or my friends from the northwest to join Mini Me’s school’s PTA group.
Naw, i got a lot of value out of Facebook for a while. I don’t regret the time i spent on it.

I enjoy connecting with out of town family and friends on FB. I use it a lot less than I used to, and I’ve culled my friends list to include only people I have a real relationship with.

Facebook had a big comeback for me personally a few years ago when I hopped on to marketplace. It was so easy to sell and ship my stuff. Easier than eBay.
But now marketplace sucks too.
