I’m getting it shipped here but I would rather be at a restaurant or a party. I’m also very far away from LA so I miss having real cajun food.

Spouse just ordered andouille from Savoie’s for making red beans, and bought some tasso at the same time. Looking forward to deliciousness

I got invited to a beach house this week and they had a crawfish boil.
I earned my keep by making lunch for six with the leftovers a day later: made a hash from the taters, used all the sausage, added some shallot, put crawfish tails in at the end, and topped each serving with a poached egg.
