just toss them outside for the birds. i regularly do this with old bread slices, buns, bagels, etc.
I have a “presentation” I give regularly as a introduction to the product I am an expert on, when we get new employees. I put presentation in quotes as it is just an outline and I make it a discussion.
So, we got a few new people, so I offer it again, but (stupidly) mention to other division heads I am doing this. Somehow I get 40 plus people to invite and 30 acceptances. Including offices in Germany and Australia. Which is really confusing as it is Medicare related. So, in anticipation I create a Powerpoint presentation. I also record the presentation.
So, today I get some sort of request from someone outside the company to access the recording. Actually someone in Australia. This had no disclaimers, or legal approval. I used images that made me happy without worrying about copywrites. And I talk about our client companies.
I am afraid one of our employees already sent this to a third party. I have a name, no idea who it is. I emailed him to tell him I denied the request for the recording and why, then sent an email to the distribution warning them that this was not to be sent outside the company.
I don’t think I can get in trouble, at a point I don’t really care. but I am really annoyed someone did this. I haven’t told anyone, and don’t intend to rat him out unless the stuff hits the fan.

I have gotten one legit phone call and five or six spam calls in the last ten minutes. About to turn my phone off for a bit.

Could be worse.
Somehow, my primary phone number ended up as being associated with a particular doctor’s office online.
The volume of medical calls I receive is such that I would have abandoned that number / changed it long ago. However, it is a cool number, and I’ve used it in a few too many places to receive authentication codes, etc…

Back at the U of MN, my dorm assigned phone number was often called by people in search of a university hospital associated number.

My grocery store will take a debit card and charge the lesser of whatever balance remains or the total. If there’s less on the debit card than you bought then it will pull the entire $1.36 balance from the debit card and ask for an additional form of payment for the remaining $46.97.
The one where I’ve had this problem is Costco. I got down to like $0.47 on a Costco gift card and couldn’t spend it. I complained and the manager pulled $0.47 out of his pocket and took the card. I wasn’t asking the manager to eat it, but apparently there was no remedy.
I tried to calculate how much I needed to add to the card to equal my transaction amount but then the transaction amount ended up being less than I’d calculated… never did figure out why.
Lol..awkward.
Hopefully the manager figured out how to spend it. It was definitely awkward.

Just heard back from the gubmint about my mom’s 2021 return.
THEY WON’T PROCESS THE AMENDED RETURN BECAUSE THE ISSUER HAS TO FILE A CORRECTED SLIP!!! OHFERFLUFFSAKES!!!

is it needed to clean up the estate or is a refund due? for my FiL we used an accountant to do it, i guess they knew what needed to be done
The financial institution screwed up: they put the whole account balance in rather than the 2021 distribution. I’m not an accountable, but it is ******in’ obvious what happened AND I SENT ALL THE ******IN’ DOCS TO THE GUBMINT LIKE A GOOD LITTLE ACTUARIAN!!! 
This will be the difference between owing a fat 4 digits vs. fat 3 digits!!! And I did request the revised slip from the bank!!! I didn’t hear anything for so long that I thought fluff it, I’ll just go with the documentation I had!!!
