Epitome of a First World Problem, but the Control key on my new keyboard is in the wrong spot IMO. It belongs where the function key is. So every time I go to Ctrl-Alt-Delete I am actually hitting Fn-Alt-Delete which doesn’t actually work!!!
I’m getting a new keyboard next week and the Function key on that one is in a weird place, but I use Function way less than Control, so it’ll be an improvement. But for the next 4-5 days…

I would object to this, but I got sore for four days after doing some quilt layouts the other night, so it me.
Going out in slippers on a wet deck is for suckers.
Right elbow and neck are a little sore today. Wah. 
I called them last Tuesday, we are past 7 business days. Calling them back again. To reiterate, they’ve done 12 service calls and something still isn’t quite right, you’d think I might be at the top of someone’s pile.
Can’t wait to update my Google review on this one.
I’m at an sbux I haven’t been to in a while. It’s been revamped, but they took out at least 2/3 of the seating!! I am on the patio under an umbrella right now.
I was at one a few weeks ago that had removed 100% of seating. They still had free WiFi but nowhere to sit.
I was just reading an article earlier this week about how Starbucks used to want to be a third space, and now they don’t want anyone lingering. It’s a shame. A lot of very fond memories meeting up with my friends in high school and drinking frappuccinos together.
Gosh I remember spending hours studying in a Starbucks-owned coffee shop. I’d order a latte and curl up in one of their comfy chairs and read actuarial textbooks until they kicked me out.
I think at 3:00 PM you could get a $2 medium latte and stay until they closed at 6:00 so that’s just what I’d do.
They took out all the ******in’ comfy chairs from this sbux!! All there is now is 6-7 hard back seats along the front window with a shelf!! 
My current go to has lots of banquettes, with some high bar tables and some two seaters available. If they even think of doing a revamp on the joint, I will be mighty unhappy!!!
Is your starbucks a third-party operated or corporate operated? Because if yours is corporate, there might be unhappy times ahead.
My oldest son has turned into a total asshole in the last few months. Constantly argumentative, has to have the last word, outright rude, and picks fights with everyone. It’s exhausting.
Today’s exchange:
Me: Anyone up for a movie tonight?
Him: Nah
Me: OK
Him: Wait, could we watch a horror movie?
Me: No, it needs to be something appropriate for the whole family
Him: Deadpool?
Me: Nope
Him: Forget it
Me: Alright. You know, someday you guys might miss movie nights and wish we had done more of them…
Him: I might miss the free stuff I get from you guys, like Netflix, but that’s pretty much it
Took everything in me to bite my tongue and ignore it. Because he’s looking to be confronted and not giving it to him is way worse than trying to correct the behavior right now.
To be fair one of the Deadpool movies does have the subtitle “A Family Movie” so he’s not wrong.

I may have had some revenge when I was cutting the front lawn today. 
I’m dragging today. Got woken up at 6:00 AM with a notification that it’s a relative’s birthday tomorrow and my phone decided that I needed an 18 hour ahead-of-time reminder.
I have birthday notifications turned off on my phone but I still get them. A few months ago I literally went through all 366 days of the year and turned off each birthday notification individually. But now they are back.
I don’t get them for all birthdays. The Facebook birthdays are gray with presents beside them and I don’t get 6 AM reminders for those (thank goodness). But birthdays for contacts are in green and I guess I do get those now.
No idea how to make them go away either.

Go to church. Have a three way. You’ll feel better.
Skipping church. Mini Me is coldy.
Might have the 3-way anyway.
Spent all day nonstop working around the house. Came in to sit down and have a pop and read for an hour before i start supper. Spouse pings the neighbour to come over for a glass of wine, the two of them will sit on the deck.
Neighbour says, ok if her husband comes over?
A geez. I dont like this guy, hes a giant ahole. So now i have to forego my relax time, get off the couch and put on my joker face.
Do you need me to call you with an actuarial emergency???
