Was watching a round of The Floor. Category was sandwich ingredients, and the instruction was “name the ingredient you would find between two slices of bread”.

update (info is good): preferred color will not leave the manufacturer until…May 10 or so.
So bad news. Will order the second preferred color tomorrow bc that is allegedly at the HD distribution center meaning it should only take 5-7 days. Fingers crossed!

took a half day to do an expense report. MsPZ came with me and we extended
Hotel - put a deposit on my personal card, I was not aware of
Hotel - had tp split charges by night
Airfare - used personal card so MsPZ and I could book together
warnings for using company card for personal and
personal card for business and it seems everything in between

I ordered a new couch back in August or September. It was supposed to be delivered by Christmas, but ended up being delayed. Was just updated on the couch this morning. It’s on this ship…

Other than some recalls that weren’t causing me any problems, I haven’t had any issues with my 2016 GTI until today.
I was about 100 miles into a 300 mile drive when I got a warning tone and indicator that the cruise control went offline. Over the next minute I got continuous chimes of stuff that was offline. I may be missing some, but I remember cruise control, ABS, traction control, airbag sensor, parking sensors/assistant, rear camera, tire pressure monitoring,…The driver display was lit up like a Christmas tree.
The car seemed to otherwise be operating normally. I made the rest of the drive safely, although I was paranoid about shutting the engine off and it not restarting and leaving me stranded in the boonies. As a result, I did the rest of the drive with no stops. The gas light came on as I was within a mile of home.

Bought some Tourette’s and neurodiversity awareness apparel on Etsy today. After I checked out, I looked closer at the store and realized that they had TONS of maga stuff, zero liberal stuff, and I just supported that.
Another annoyed thought is that it’s really hard to find actual small shops on Etsy anymore. Nothing is really handmade these days.

Weve tried to sell our house for the last 2.5 months. Lots of lookers, no.offers. So we lowered the price. Nothing. So we paid to have it staged. And then the realtor wanted some changes like railings, flooring, and countertops. Spent the thousands. Nothing.
The house is very nice. Everything well updated. But an agent said our house style is the station wagon of housing lol. Its a backsplit, which we love.
So, we got sick of living in a staged house and vacating for open houses every weekend. Finally pulled it off the market, guess we will stay here. Im now putting everything back.together which is a weeks worth of work. Thats not even the annoying part though. A scammer is posting a house for rent with pictures of our house. No way to stop that, but what a crook.

Maybe you can’t stop it, but I hope you reported it. It can be like whack-a-mole with scammers, but you can make it perhaps slightly less convenient by reporting them.

are they also using your address or something else that makes someone think it’s your home that is for rent?
According to the agent, the scammers would book a ‘showing’, and show up with people interested in renting. They show the place, collect first and last month’s rent, and then disappear.
That’s really bad - scammers potentially coming through our house.
We had a scammer in the house years ago, bought something off of me and paid with a bad money order. I recall them being very nervous and in a hurry, but I thought nothing of it.
