Time for them to get an app. My wife deposits all our checks via phone now.
They have an app. That’s what I meant by mobile deposit, and how I deposit the rare paper checks I get. The app wouldn’t accept it due to the amount
I thought you meant the physical size of the check.
Nice Humblebrag on getting a large check, bro.
I have noticed that brand name liquid medicines tend to taste better. Like NyQuil tastes better than store-brand NiteTime. The NiteTime works just as well, but it’s a little ickier.
So it’s not too much of a stretch to think that Flonase might smell better. ![]()
I’m getting paid once a month via paper check these days and it’s always too large for mobile deposit. It’s annoying.
I just deposited my March paycheck this morning.
Why cannot they do direct deposit?
There are some questions I’d rather not know the answer to.
Also get paid once a month (but the 21st century way)… is that the right century? Anyways, I have a love hate relationship with this payment frequency. I mean, the step function that is my bank account is kind of fun.
Annoying thought: we OWE on taxes this year because my 3 month contract job withheld < 10% of my paycheque. Booo. BOOOOOOOOOOO.
Yes, the nth century starts in the year (n-1)*100…or, if you’re overly pedantic, it starts in the year (n-1)*100+1.
Perhaps, it will make you feel better to know that you underpaid the US government for a few months and they didn’t even charge you interest for it…perhaps…
I have considered just not paying taxes until year-end and investing it. Could earn a few thousand extra in a good year, just needs a lot of planning.
There is a penalty for under-withholding. I paid it once. The amount wasn’t really onerous, but it is still not zero.
If you’re super-duper pedantic, you’d use 100 in place of 1000 in those formulae. ![]()
Is Canada forcing you to continue using their goofy spellings until you get current on your Canadian taxes, Miss Kapowski?
I’d bet my toque on it!
I meant to write (n-1)^(1/(5 choose 3)), but, yeah, your write.

Seems that every time I get a new PC/laptop, my Excel page sizes change, so I have to squeeze a few columns, or make the margins thinner.
