Apparently it’s hole digging season. One hole this morning, three holes now.
There is seasonality in the enemy’s activity. They have moved beyond nuts and are attempting to infiltrate. I must defend!

I have to fly on a plane in a month and a half. The last time I had to fly was a year ago. Before that, two years. I’m not looking forward to it.

Toothpick works just as well. I do that, then compressed air.
Depends on how packed down the lint is. I got nothing with a toothpick. I had to scrape a bit with the needle before anything happened. Then it suddenly “opened up” and I was able to get a lot of crud out.
Also, it’s easier to avoid the fragile bit in the center with a narrow needle than with a fat toothpick.
But I fixed my husband’s phone with a toothpick.

I got five free books at work this week. Most of them related to how and why healthcare in America isn’t optimal, should help me in the thread about how to fix pharma.
But annoyed thought: five books has added some heft to my backpack.

Last night I fired up the griddle to make some steaks. threw them on and discovered…the flame was barely flickering. I am nearly out of propane. So after some time on each side I had to fire it up indoors. that was annoying. (they turned out ok enough)

Tan to happy thoughts. I had lunch with a retired chief actuary last week and mentioned my collection of antique insurance books. Hes downsizing to a condo so hes giving me all his old actuarial books. Score!
