This is obnoxious, I want minimal light in the kitchen from appliances, in case I need to go in there at night, I don’t want to be blinded. I would really like a nighttime setting for our fridge also, like I just want cold water, I don’t need full brightness at 2 in the morning when I open the door.
Similarly, my spouse has their phone brightness on max at all times, and I will flip the phone upside down if they set it down in the car cupholder, because 1) they don’t have an easily accessible button to turn off the screen and 2) it’s like staring into the sun, that level of brightness HURTS.

Pandora thinks I speak Spanish, so all the ads are in Spanish (I’m too miserly to get the ad-free version). I actually quite like it because I can’t understand what they’re trying to sell me.

I’d be fine if it were just ads. But while I suppose I don’t really need the emails saying “your order has been shipped/delivered/tossed into the trash” I am a little frustrated to get them in Spanish.

Pandora gives me ads from the city I moved away from 6 years ago. I’ve actually tried to go in and tell it that I’m in a new location because it annoys me - but I can’t find a way to.

Yesterday in bed room - blinds broke and fell off yesterday. Just a lot of light to flow in. Need a quick fix (tension rod and whatever) until we address.

I’m not sure - I wasn’t there…
If I were to guess, I’d say it probably had something to do with a screen (watching a movie, video games, etc). Or maybe a good book.
It’s also possible it was work-related, in which case, that sucks man.
Maybe it was soccer related?
My normally very mild mannered, conservative husband stayed up very late last night yelling at the screen people who cannot hear him.

@!#$ing kitten knocked over my coffee while I was out of the room. Glad I had a lid on it, so that only a quarter of my coffee spilled, but I still had a mess to clean up, and the room smells like coffee now. I must have missed some somewhere. Cats are currently banished.
