All the President's Men

Well, only on those entering prior to 1775 or so.
Too bad the locals couldn’t enforce it, though “we” (sarcastic reference to KB Doc) sure tried, according to the Ken Burns documentary.

The confederacy lost the last civil war in large part due to Irish immigrants fighting for the other side.

I am of the belief the Confederates are currently winning the war even though the Confederacy disbanded their government in the 19th century. The United States couldn’t stomach the idea of punishing rich people even though they owned slaves, and racism is built into the DNA of America.

I think Hegseth is very likely to get the boot fairly soon.

If not now, then definitely after the mid-terms (Trump will no doubt blame everybody else but himself so will be looking for scapegoats).

Steve Friend was fired from the FBI by Chris Wray, became right wing media darling and got reinstated, now has been fired again for appearing to threaten Kash Patel. It’s almost like the original firing was justified.

“You better pray to Gaia or Vishnu or whatever your maker is, that real Steve Friend is never in a position to be an instrument of God’s wrath, because I will be merciful: I won’t give you a trial and a hanging,” he told The Kyle Seraphin Show on Dec. 5. “I’ll allow you to breathe every breath that your body will have for the rest of its natural life inside of a box, and then when it ultimately fades to black, that’s when real wrath begins.”

While Friend did not mention Patel by name, he alluded to the FBI director as the person who allegedly concocted the bogus coverup — noting the person may have been in “executive leadership” and made references to Hindu god Vishnu, a likely nod to Patel being raised Hindi.

That’s gotta be the ultimate insult to a teetotaler whose brother famously died of alcoholism.

Over/under on how much time she lasts before Trump fires her now?

She’s nasty, very low IQ.

She is now furiously trying to row back her comments lol

That interview is just wow

The FT has also published a piece on it.

She must want to get fired at this point as the wheels are really coming off the Trump train.

Gone by the new year?

Probably won’t mention this at his address to the nation tomorrow night as it doesn’t fit into his theme:

White House press secretary Karoline Leavittsaid that Trump would tout the president’s accomplishments from his first 11 months in office as well as plans to “continue delivering for the American people over the next three years.”

“It’s going to be a really good speech,” Leavitt told reporters at the White House.

“He’s going to talk a lot about the accomplishments over the past 11 months. All that he’s done to bring our country back to greatness.”

I don’t think it’s a good idea to make her look bad because Stephen Miller is next in line to be promoted.
