Private Groups and Subgroups
How do we invite people to our groups?
What happened to the trump haters group? Did I get kicked out already?
Sorry - it’s been a while since I messed with the private groups. I’ll figure it out - unless you already have.
Ok! Currently I’m the only one who can set up a private group and give others permission to join it.
If you want to set up a private group, send me a message with the name of the group and who you want in it. And I will set it up.
I will work with Glenn to see if there is a way for folks to manage their own groups. I’m sure there is, I just don’t know what it is yet.
Ok - yes - I can set up a private group and then assign an “owner” of that group - who can then grant/delete permissions to it.

You have to be a member of the group in order to post in that section and @Mountainhawk has control of that. But I think you can send a request to join.
Just click the link in the about thread. It’s an auto add, I just can remove people that are jerks.
