I thought, “Man, I don’t wanna do 35 burpees. And I didn’t want to do 20, either, but look where we are now.” 20 was easy. The next 10, a little rougher. The last 5 sucked. So, maybe by the time we’re at 60, I’ll feel like 35 is okay.
Also I did end up getting it so I’ve been inactive. Every intention of getting back at it this weekend. Should be able to catch back up with daily’s of 60 through the month. Resting for now.
Did my 35 yesterday. A set of 25, then 10 more after a bit of rest. Feeling good except a bit of tightness in my shoulder. Need to do some stretching and maybe ice.
Still very far behind. Did 107 burpees over the last week and feel pretty good. Today I will try to start making up the differences by doing 50+ and see how it goes.
