My gym is trainer-led workouts with a large amount of burpees scattered throughout the workouts, and if it’s ever someone’s birthday we do their age in burpees.
Had a race once to see who could do the most half burpees (no push-up) in 2 minutes. I got 70, and about died, and did not win (winning lady got 82 half burpees in 2 minutes, which is insanely fast)
I just finished up a challenge (self imposed) of 1000 burpees over the last 50 days of 2021. Ball slams and box jumps were also in there as well at different numbers. Biggest problem for me was consistency and pacing… ended up having to do 220 over the last 4 days (including 80 on NYE which led right into a celebratory beer!)
