she probably meant healthy as in…your body needs it. Salt, carb, oil, are all “healthy”. nothing is healthy in excess.

I mean, what’s “edible”? You probably don’t want to know all the things I ate as a child…

I found that question very hard to answer. People have such diverse ideas of what is healthy and unhealthy to eat.

I mentioned that some of these questions were very hard to answer.

I mean, what’s “healthy”. I know a guy who thinks vegetables are trying to kill us and went a year eating only raw meat, because that’s healthy. And people who think that drinking kale juice will cure cancer. I know people who think eggs are really bad for you, and others who think they are the perfect food. I know people who think artificial sweeteners are deadly, and that they are our saviours from deadly sugar.

also, is sausage not mostly protein? I guess it depends on what’s being stuffed in it

breakfast sausages seem to run about 13 g of fat to 10 g of protein. That’s why I said that the nutritional makeup was useful, but might be misleading.
