Let’s try this again, this time without votes being public. [The interns responsible for putting together the original version of this year’s thread have been sacked.] Bonuses can be a separate poll if needed, but I don’t know that we’ve ever looked at that specifically.

Raises across the company were 3.5%. I had a good year so mine was a bit higher (but nothing extraordinary).

I would say that bonuses (bonii?) should be a separate poll as they’re not “the same” and do not affect my future income in any fashion (like a raise does).
