Same owner of two separate teams. FIFA should ban all the Liga MX teams for letting this situation exist.
They certainly are MLS’ing the joint by postponing pro/rel.
Thankfully they put the CAS in charge of these decisions. Imagine the chaos if the SOA were involved.

Leon lose their appeal. LAFC to host Club America play-in match on 5/31. Wonder how expensive those tickets will be?
Huh. TicketMaster has LAFC playing Colorado Rapids that night. As does LAFC’s web site. Come on, folks!
TicketMaster STILL has tickets for both matches at the same time and place.
The play-in match tix go on sale to the public tomorrow. Guessing it will sell out pretty quickly, and it will be mostly Club America fans filling the seats. Cuz 10 million people in SoCal (more if you count LoCal) means a small percentage is all it takes. (The NFL has already figured this out, with local fan bases of other teams packing SoFi.)
Tonight the two teams play for $9.5M, but that’s probably it.

The Athletic is reporting FIFA is making big price cuts to tickets for the CWC opener in Miami. Reportedly there are still a lot of unsold tickets, which is not surprising.
I paid the exorbitant price for one match in my city. I might consider going to others last minute if prices are a lot lower.
“As of Tuesday night, Inter Miami’s game against Al-Ahly had dropped to only $55, according to prices on Ticketmaster, the portal FIFA are using to sell tickets for the tournament. This is half of what they were available for in May, while tickets were $230 for the cheapest seat in January and $349 after the draw in December. FIFA is now hoping that the reduced prices draw people in during a publicity blitz in the final week before the tournament.”

They see him play all the time. And not at those prices. Those prices are for tourists, I think. And maybe the tourists aren’t showing up for some reason.
Make it a game day (or day-before) decision. Bunch of scalpers will get desperate.

UEFA teams should strive for Euro inclusion and do their best, so as to qualify for 2029 even if they don’t win the Champions League. Eight slots for non-winners plus one for each repeat UCL winner.

That means winning Group stage matches and progressing as far as possible.
Means earning an average of 20 points per year. Two points per win, plus bonuses for advancing.
Notable: Inter Milan have the lead in Club Coefficient even though PSG won the UCL.
Notable: MUN are 5th in Club Coefficient for 24-25, but will have 0 points for 25-26.

While there are THREE venues with Turf hosting CWC, WC and NFL Football, there are still FIVE other WC sites with Artificial Turf: VAN, SoFi, DAL, HOU, NE. Those sites also need a lot of preparation.
Tix for the Rose Bowl on Sunday are $57 for behind the goal, on a bench, in the sun, at noon.
