I was just trying to make & add emphasis to the point that Watergate was just a teeny tiny little misunderstanding that got a little out of hand.
But Tom Brady, well his career was a massive lie that completely undermines Truth, Justice, and the American Way.
Yeah, I mean they were all wrong to cheat, but cheating at a game you’re possibly going to lose unless you cheat is less galactically stupid than cheating at a game you’re going to win irrespective of whether you cheat or not.
I liked the use of the Seine for the opening ceremony. That will be hard to top by LA in 2028.

For me, nothing will ever top Muhammad Ali lighting the Olympic flame in Atlanta in 1996. However it was emotional to see the recovering Celine Dion sing an Edith Piaf song at the lighting (although no one can sing a Piaf song as well as Piaf).
