Typically apparatuses. But apparatus is the plural in Latin and is arguably ok in English.
So, only one is an apparatum? apparata?
Some words in latin are their own plural. Despite how many romance languages there are, Latin itself is a pretty dumb language.

Yes. If it wasn’t for its exceptional nature, apparati would normally be the plural.

Well I’m not sure the rugby 7s team should be held accountable for bad behavior by the soccer team.
Well, given that the Argentinian government fired the one official that said the team should apologize I think any team officially representing Argentina is fair game.
