Welp… we’re down to our final question, so it has to be a guess.
I’m thinking pitcher. But if someone objects I won’t make that official.
Or if someone else wants to be the thinker-upper-answerer then go for it. I’ve done it twice already.

I don’t think pitcher would have gotten the “ish” on 12 (neither would my plate/glass idea). Vase may be common enough in a kitchen to get a “yes-ish” instead of a “no-ish” on that one.
I will admit the object is fairly fringe, but it’s something everyone recognizes.
I made this game challenging!
My thinking is that a lot of people might keep pitchers in the dining room, not the kitchen.
Not decorative
Not entertainment
Not for cleaning
Not for food prep
Not a tool
Not plastic or metal
Smaller than a bread box
More likely to be in kitchen than not, but might not be
I’ve been looking through my kitchen thinking of what items might not be kept there.
I’m wondering if it’s related to alcohol… something that’s not a tool that people might keep in their bars. Like a shot glass, or a beer mug or a coozie (sp?).
is right.
Seems like it must be useful, but not technically a tool.
I’m thinking either shot glass or pitcher. I should have asked if it is a container, but we’re out of questions.
I don’t think beer mug because that wouldn’t have given pause on the tool question.
We only got 1.5 “yes” responses in 19 questions so pretty much all we know is what it’s not.
Screw it… is it a shot glass?
Didn’t we already ask if it’s used with food or drink? Retract that if so!
Hmm. I asked
But John left out “handling” in his answer. I’d intended to include plates, mugs, pitchers, etc. In that. But i guess booze isn’t “food”.
I withdraw my objection.
1* according to this definition for a tool: a device or implement, especially one held in the hand, used to carry out a particular function.
2* ranked by likely places of appearance based on MY experience.
The answer is a wine cork
I would’ve answered no to food handling too.
Nice. You win!!! (This round, at least…)
Congrats! You won
Do you want to go again?
I don’t mind letting @twig93 go, she got to a shot glass which is probably the closest thing.
I got close! If we’d had more questions I would’ve asked if it was made of glass which would’ve eliminated shot glass.
Oh well!
I got closest, but I lost. And I’ve done it twice so I’m fine with John.S.Mill going again.
