It is possible to get 8 of top 12 in actual rankings in the quarters, although there is a strong case for the potential of the actual top 8 teams in the world to be in the QFs. Donā€™t think people would say much about Belgium and Italy being outside top 8 and including Portugal and Croatia. Might actually end that way after the tourney although this is likely Croatia swan song. Italy has to fall. Belgium in line for a free fall. Not sure KDB will play anymore. Germany and Denmark also likely to retreat.
