What if I tell you that those activities will help you lose weight?
I didnāt bother to save my weight history from the ao before it got canned. I started making an effort to drop some weight in late 2018 when I hit 206. Was between 180-185 for most of 2020. Iād look best around 160, but I am not willing yet to make the concessions on diet and exercise to get there. I like to eat well and I know what it takes to get me to 160. I think 170ish is a good goal for now.
Highest adult weight was 235 and lowest was 160. Both were over 20 years ago. Iām 5ā11"

Alcohol has a lot of calories; they just donāt put them on the bottle like they do with food.
I bet doing so would have a significant impactā¦ maybe more than the cancer warning.

Going the wrong direction, but I was sick the last week or so - minimal exercise. I did start the 100-day burpee thing, so Iām on day 16 of that. Will be mixing in some weights and some running when my schedule permits.
Iām skeptical given my 2 drinks per week limit but weāll see.
