I think it is good that he seems concerned again about the stock market despite his misplaced blame. A further stock market drop may prompt him to roll back tariffs after all.

The Dear Leader is omniscient and never makes errors.
It may seem like Dear Leader sometimes makes mistakes…but truly, it is just a manifestation of his mastery of 4D chess, and it is not possible for us to perceive the accuracy of all the truths he utters.
I worry more when Trump days something nice about our Leader than when he attacks them.
Trump may see Carney as a fellow businessman in contrast to Poilievre and Trump.
Maybe people will only eat cake once a day instead of five times a day.

Of all of the nonsensical dysfunctionality of this incompetent Trump administration, this aspect is perhaps the most depressing. The pathetic attempt by seemingly intelligent and professional appointees to claim that chaotic and brainless behaviour is part of some thoughtful and coherent strategy.
It’s a truly damming indictment of a complete lack of integrity and self respect.

Here’s what I’d do if I were in his shoes. Presumably I wouldn’t have a problem lying since there’s already so much of it.
Step one: Make up some crazy sex scandal to distract the media. And to top it off have the person tell the tabloids it’s the best sex they’ve ever had.
Step 2: Drop the tariffs, markets go up.
Step 3: If asked about the tariffs…huh? Tariffs? What tariffs? Oh did you see the line go up? I did that.
