He seems to be at the same point Biden was at in early 2024. Probably not much of a surprise as he is approaching a similar age with Biden just turning 81 at that point and Trump now at 79.5…and generally unhealthier.
So taking the money from the insurance companies to give to individuals, incurring additional admin costs in the process(?) who will then give it to insurance companies, incurring additional admin costs. That sounds moronic.
