😬 That’s the kind of thing I could see China saying about the cost of wanting to seize the independent nation of Taiwan for itself should it one day decide to pull the trigger on that. Was there any one thing in Trump’s upbringing that made him this way? Beaten on the head too many times? (Not enough times?) ---

OK, so San Diego is home to the Pacific Surface Fleet. To its east is Miramar Air Force Base, former home of Top Gun, now home to Marine air power. To the north (pretty far north, just outside LA County) is Edwards AFB. So, yeah, let’s let them do that. Dude definitely needed to be beat up a few times in his youth for being such an asshole (on the assumption of “once an asshole, always an asshole,” and reverse engineering). ---

There is quite a lot of evidence (from his own family) that pointed to his father being physically, emotionally, and verbally abusive. If you wanted to create a diseased personality (BPD, NPD etc) thats how you would do it: sustained abuse during childhood. Trump has zero empathy and cannot relate to anyone in a healthy way (not even his own kids who are now also a bit messed up). ---
