Ugh, I’m sorry your kid has to hear that kind of crap. And such a bizarre comment. I worked with an underwriter who had epilepsy. It was well controlled, and i think he only had one seizure in the years i worked with him. Honestly, i wouldn’t want him to be my air traffic controller, but he was an excellent underwriter, and a great colleague. ---

Continues to be worth noting that none of the water from Tulare county flows to LA County. Some eventually ends in the SF Bay, some in Tulare Lake which has no outlet. So none of this would have been helpful for the fires. ---
