After driving about 24 hours from point A to point B, I took ~four hour nap.
Had an extremely uncomfortable 1.5 hour nap in cattle class. I forgot to buy a neck pillow so my head was bobbing around and the first half was while we sat on the tarmac for a 45 minute delay so no reclining either.
Now the goal is to hydrate and get caffeine to keep going for another 8 or so hours before trying to get a decent # of hours of sleep the last 6-8 hours of the next flight.
Quick pre-lunch nap on the couch at a coworking space.
ETA: 45 minute snooze on the couch and I picked up Domino’s for supper!!
Zonked out on the couch for about 30 minutes early this evening. My stoopid eyes popped open at 5:30 this morning. Wah.

Conked out for 45 minutes, could have gone another couple hours but I want to work out before dinner.
I rarely nap (usually feel worse after) but I’ve been fighting the urge today.
I’ve enjoyed an early evening nap three nights in a row. So refreshing. And it also perpetuates the vicious cycle of insomnia, but it feels so good in the moment.
1 hour nap after roast beef dip and fries.
Ahhhhhh.

Gonna snooze for 30-40 minutes.
ETA: Drifted for about 10-15 minutes, then I got a cell call.
