La-Z-Boy nap…maybe 15-30 minutes…almost considered going straight to bed right before that.

I do one of those nearly every night, though around 11 or so. Didn’t think those counted.
I wake up to an episode two past what i was watching.
30 mins + an extra 15 min nap late this aft. Stoopid brayn kept thinkin’ last night.
Not sure if it counts for a nap. Woke up early to manage the pets, was up for an hour or so, then went back to bed for three hours.

I almost took a nap this afternoon, but I rallied and did a spin-bike ride instead. Might have to double-nap tomorrow to make up for it.
