My wife borrowed my laptop. Will update when available.
Taken from a thread elsewhere…not quite enough to award points, but we can always hope…
When someone starts with “it’s really his double”, I lose interest in whatever else they have to say…
While “Dave” was a pretty good movie, it’s still an uninteresting real life theory.
Padme employed a double in one (or more?) of the Star Wars prequels for security reasons. I wonder if that happens much in real life. Probably not, but I’m not important enough to have a need for anything like that so what do I know?
Talking mostly to people who had never seen her before and wearing heavy makeup and costuming.
There have been a number of reports about Putin being rather extreme when it comes to matters of personal security and privacy, including his traveling with his own porta-potty to maintain security over his bodily waste (allegedly to avoid others from discerning information on his health). Combine that with some reasonably convincing evidence that some of his video appearances have been green-screened / edited…and his using a body double at times isn’t that implausible.
I do think it likely that his body double useage is less frequent than has been speculated in some forums.
