Think the SOA is too stiff? Too transactional? ~~Too bent on taking over the CAS and world domination?~~ Well have we got the thing for you, an SOA rebrand! Now through organizational and cultural transformation, the SOA has a new logo, cares more about the math than the exams, and just is a friendly mentor that is, in their own evaluation, “human” and “trustworthy.” Any thoughts on the new SOA rebrand? I mean, it’s kind of a nothingburger. A solution in search of a problem, like “how can we justify a 30-person marketing team?”. I was initially thinking it was an April Fool’s joke that got mailed a day early, then realized they were serious. ---

The current logo was adopted after I entered the actuarial world and I’m not old enough for it to be replaced.
