WTF? No 5 points for beating the average score? But my results show this
I wondered before about the 5 points for beating today’s average, and what goes into it. I think the doubling for a perfect game does not (in part because I expect perfect games would always be above average if the doubling were included). But here the average appears to be 354, and I would be above that with just the 322 for the 11 words plus the 50 for clean plate. So does clean plate not count? Or was that 5 points not available today?

so now I play it safer!
I’m not going to complain that they didn’t accept GREATFLOW . They even rejected GREATWOLF Fortunately I found another Pangram. Actually I had found and entered their Pangram before I tried those others just to see. I did see the others before the right one, and didn’t expect either would be accepted.
