Might give us a strategy to vote down some govts to flip the top cards. Having that possibility is a big benefit.

I vote to refer to FR policies as simply F. Its easier to type. I already made a typo in one of my posts and I blame FR. (Note that I didnt edit this typo though. I would never do such a thing)
