Lotta reasons JB might have voted no on first gov. Sow general confusion is one. He could be Q and know one of the others was also Q and figured FR policy coming up so voting no looks good for him. He could be M and figured only 20% chance that MA & IPD also M so try to vote down first gov in hopes he gets picked for 2nd gov when he is for sure M in VP chair. Some other reason I haven’t thought about.

How do? I was thinking it was a smart move since Ms have no info at this point to inform a decision, but maybe you’re thinking sticking with the traditional way of selecting VPs is better?
I just think its a way to make himself look more moderate. Like MA is “hey look at me doing this thing that QAs probably wouldnt do”. But its like hey guy, its the first round, it doesnt really matter and you know that.
Plus MA passed me 2 FRs so that adds to my suspicion
