The numbers right now don’t really support either option too strongly. Assuming everyone told the truth we have 4 wraiths and 7 rings in the deck right now. So peek most likely reveals 2 rings and a wraith with a ring 1st. The value to the group depends a lot on some poor odds and if we trust MH enough to fail to elect the next 3 governments. If MH lies about 1st card being a wraith and gets a ring passed that would out a hobbit, but kill a power for the orcs. If he says next is ring and gets next government elected he could set up a conflict and distrust as a hobbit. In this scenario he lies about getting 3 rings so we are probably at 3 and 8.
Investigate allows MH (if a liberal) to definitively define a person for a circle of trust. Which is highly valuable for him if Orc but no good for much of anyone else.
It may actually be better to use foresight as the 2nd power.
SM you may want to update the counter to 1 ring found.

IDK, we had wraith, ring and guy with ring found an orc and now orc seems to be feeling out if his chancellor is a good choice or not. Just feels suspicious. But maybe I’m just paranoid from past games.
