Continental General is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced VP - Life Actuary to join our team in Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days in-office). Potential to become the Chief Actuary.

🔹 Salary Range: $125K - $225K + bonus  
🔹 Key Responsibilities:  
✅ Lead actuarial strategies for life insurance product development  
✅ Monitor profitability & risk trends  
✅ Oversee assumption updates & actuarial modeling  
✅ Collaborate with sales, compliance, underwriting, and operations  
🔹 What We’re Looking For:  
✔ ASA, FSA, or MAAA designation  
✔ 10+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance  
✔ Strong leadership & strategic thinking skills
