You ever wonder about the Jets? I mean they have 2 former busts at QB starting for other teams that have better records than they do.
I don’t think much about the Jets. Despite sharing a stadium with my Giants they aren’t really rivals and haven’t been competitive for a decade but I’m pretty sure their problems start with ownership and continue through the rest of the front office.
Jets peaked in 1969. That was the one year that I cheered for them because of Namath. He was pretty popular with the university age crowd.

They have had other good teams since that SB. But haven’t made the playoffs since 2010 when they came up short in the AFC Championship game and haven’t had a winning record since 2015.

Would have been annoying if Seahawks lost to Cardinals as this was a game they should have won.
If they hadn’t blown the 49ers opener they would be 4-0. Maybe they will make playoffs this year.
Darnold’s 36 yd throw to JSN on last drive was sweet. Nice balance on team and D is going to be tough. Can get to QB and turn ball over. Happy to have 10 days before Bucs w Bucs coming off Eagles game.

Tried watching the replay on NFL Network, but they cut the whole 2nd Quarter.
Switched to the full replay in Prime. So much lag. I miss seeing the FF from TiVo so I’d know when to stop.
Nope. Getting DEN at PHI early, while LAC on Fox late gets no competition.

Definitely was worried in the first half.
Defensive line stepped up big time.
This old DT was very happy with that performance.
Darnold needs another target..
Tampa game was very disappointing.
A second home loss that felt like it shoukd have been a win.
Hopefully next Monday against Houston is more like the Jacksonville game than the Tampa game.
I will be at the game next week.
It will be our one game for the season.
It is going to be a pretty exciting weekend in Seattle(assuming the Mariners don’t get swept).

Seahawks could just as easily be 6-0 as 4-2. Happy to see that still puts them in a first place tie in the division.

That was a weird weekend and MNF game
It was very late there and everyone was on edge due to the Mariners game.
And then when the M’s lost, what energy existed was just sucked out of the stadium.
The crowd was loudest at the end of the fourth quarter.

Tomorrow the guys on Get Up and First Take will annoint Seahawks as contenders, especially w GB and Lions losing.
