Don Maynard, football HOFer
Ronnie Spector
RIP Terry Teachout
You know, rather than fouling up a thread intended to be nice about people, you could use the thread set up to say goodbye to LIBOR
Great voice and hairdo but too bad she married Phil Spector.
Which reminds me, I have a bunch of reinsurance agreements which will need amending next year…
RIP LIBOR
Yeah, isn’t there a BIH thread that would be a more appropriate place for LIBOR’s demise to go?
Give me LIBOR or give me death!
Well, I am sorry that y’all have these profound search and/or thread-creating disabilities.
This seems not to be my problem.
You could make another list.
I could, but I won’t.
If I listed all the things that are not my problem, it would be a very long list.
Except it does seem to be your problem because it upsets you.
Back to something I actually care about:
RIP Meat Loaf, aka Michael Lee Aday
One of my fave pieces featuring him:
I like how it contrasts the styles of Dio v. Meat Loaf.
Of course, his breakout role:
That is upsetting. Bat Out Of Hell is my all time favorite album
I remember his SNL performance in the 70s. I remember watching, thinking - what in the wide world of sports is this?
Meatloaf even had a role in Fight Club.
The guy was an amazing performer.
RIP
Really terrific performer. I saw him in concert at least three times. Only need three words to describe the shows, Giant Inflatable Bat.
His name was Robert Paulson.
RIP, Meatloaf.
