It reminded me of Jimmy Carter’s fireplace chats in the 1970s suggesting that Americans wear sweaters and turn their heat down to conserve oil. Jimmy got pilloried by the GOP for such UnAmerican suggestions. ---

78 is where I keep my house (I live in the Phoenix area). Feels great. Visiting my parents in Utah and they have theirs set to 74. Feels great. 78 would feel really hot. Not sure if that means anything important. ---
