It also helps assess what training might be needed for Chaplains assigned to support various units. While all chaplains are trained to what final rites various religions provide; a particular chaplain going out to support a unit with several (fill-in a particular religion here) in it; they can review/brush up on rites for those individuals. ---

This makes no sense. They could simply buy the seafood on the open market. Also, the US exports a lot of seafood. ---
