But, but, but - it’s Thursday chikkinz day!!! 
Monday was rotisserie chicken day with lots of scraps and licking the container.
Tuesday was chicken quesadillas with some bites of chicken and cheese.
Today was chicken fettuccine with a few bites of chicken and green beans generously shared by the kid.
Sushi.

Seeing this sequence of posts . . . my first thought was “chicken sushi”.
then my reaction was

A Costco rotisserie chicken gets used in multiple meals for the week we buy one.

That thing lasts me two meals. I eat one half one day, the other half the next.
Now, I’m planning a Costco run today…
The container licking wasn’t just me. And the kid is definitely a keeper.
