that IS an odd collection of words. I have no shame, and will post another practice one. Here it is illustrated that having similar words (gruel and grill) makes it a lot easier. I was really stuck on what turned out to be gruel, but grill looked like a decent guess for the lower right, and voila! it gave me gruel as a bonus. Since that letter was wrong, I got much more help this way, even though I would have gotten some help on the arrangement of the other letters had I swung for the fences. ---
