Just make them go through what someone just turning pro has to do: get sponsor exemptions (shouldn’t be too hard as they are soooo popular), or qualify via the Monday qualifier (which should be easy, since they are soooo good).
and if they don’t have it, at least they have all that sweet guaranteed saudi cash (earned to date) banked to lean on through the tough times
LIV is pretty much done for at this stage as Saudi Arabia is struggling with its finances due to ME conflict. That spigot is now gone.

Should rework the silly season (post-TOUR championship) to be two months of Pro/Rel playoffs of the bottom 30 or so of Tier 1 vs the Top 30 or so from Tier 2.

I agree. There would be an uprising of cult followings of those middling guys that constantly bounce back and forth. A new wave of Ricky Fowlers in a way.
