I’d say that you’re in luck.
As I read the article by NPR (linked below), the “new” passport is an option. It is the default option only at the Washington, D.C. office, but others can choose to get it if desired.

I highly doubt it.
A lot of Americans seem willing to pay for stuff with Trump’s face on it so I thought it may be promoted as a premium, commemorative item.
They did increase the cost of all passports by $20 to cover “costs of enhanced security features”.
Seems like this government really dislikes women being outside historical gender roles.

I just assume Trump gets a cut from anything that is sold with his face on it, even passports.
