I just played “Detachable Penis” for my kids the other day.
They both laughed and wondered wtf is wrong with my generation that this was a radio hit. 
WTF is wrong with other generations for it not to be a hit with them?

My taste in comic songs was set by my father. So I like anything by Tom Lehrer (National Brotherhood Week anyone?) and things like Superskier and I Was Not a Nazi Polka.
I’m a big Weird Al fan and really enjoyed Dr. Demento as a kid.
Ray Stevens was also a close second for many songs. Mississippi Squirrel Revival anyone?
My grandparents had some Ray Stevens records, they would break them out at family gatherings. Good memories!
