I’m not a fan of raisins in bread but I’d make an exception for this.

Just got back from the farmers’ market. I got some pecan and raspberry& coconut tarts, but took a very, very hard pass on the rai-SIN butter tarts.
Gotta do some work this aft.

Scooping out the rai-SINS would have made more room for the cinnamon and brown sugar cream cheese.

Conversely, that layer of cream cheese is perfect for holding additional raisins sprinkled on top. Go big or go home.
