Of note:
There’s no such thing as cornhole shoes. At least I don’t think so.
I really do have auto racing shoes. I found them at a thrift store for $3.

I like shoes with minimal soles/padding, so I like driving shoes. Had some Puma speed cats for years, they wore out and now I have some Sparco black leather things.
Also, wooden clogs are conspicuously absent from your list. Gotta get in the game there, imo.
Any type of clothes shopping for me is: grab something - does it look okay? - maybe try it on (mostly just if it is shoes or pants) - go pay.
Takes at most 10-15 minutes if I do it right.
I actually have a pair of wooden clogs I got on a trip to Holland
Holland, Michigan that is.
I have the opposite experience. Pants and shorts and shirts that I order on-line usually fit well-enough. Especially if I can re-order from a company I’ve bought from before. But I need to try on every pair of shoes. My shoes nearly fell apart this year, and my “I’ve been vaccinated” activity was to buy new shoes. And even though I bought two of the same shoe, they don’t fit quite the same, and the salesman helped me re-lace one of them to make it fit well enough.
That was only my althetic-type footwear list.
Other shoes:
2 pair laced dress shoes
1 pair loafers
2 pair casual walking around shoes
Sandals
3 or 4 pair of flip flops
Sanuks
I may even have a pair of old-school Nike Aqua Socks laying around, but if I do, they probably have degraded and I’d be hesitant to wear them.
And yes, wooded clogs are not on the list. Neither are snow shoes.
I can probably count on one hand the number of times I’ve bought clothing for myself online.
Often that’s because one is meant for the left foot and the other for the right foot.
But these are the only feet I have!
Shoes and clothes are the same for me. Once I find clothes in a style/size that fits, I can order online from that retailer. Problem is when sizing is inconsistent. I have bought 2 pairs of jeans, same style and size, different colors, and the waist of one was a good 2 inches smaller. Even places like Lands End changes their sizing/styles and I have to start all over. I also do not understand WHY most retailers thing average height for women is 5’10” and average size is 4.
that photo is mildly mentally painful
I don’t have no wrong foot!

Yeah I’m gonna call bull shit on this considering the “tall women’s lines” are listed as up to 5’11". And it’s damn near impossible to shop for women over 6’
Ok, maybe it’s only 5’9”, but whatever it is, it’s a whole heckuva lot taller than I am.
My wife considers 5’9" short. I guess it’s all relative.
If 5’9 is considered average then why are pants always too short on me, a 66 inch woman with very average length proportions? I have to buy long jeans if I want them to fit after a wash.
Hmmm, well I’m 63” and I have trouble buying pants that aren’t insanely long. I always have to buy the short length and if it doesn’t come it multiple lengths then I’m out of luck.
Many brands of pants run long because it’s easy to hem them, but extremely hard to lengthen them.
That being said, as a 66" woman, I have little trouble finding pants that don’t need to be hemmed these days. I just take them to a tailor to have the pockets modified to be useful.
