Deals you do not want to lose and other possible scams

Today I got an e-mail from Kylie Jenner who wants to share her private nude photos with me via a Dropbox link.

Something tells me I do not want to lose this deal.

Hey, she has a kid. Mom life can be really stale.

the kardashians/jenners are scary weird creatures

On the one hand, it could be a scam. On the other hand, it could be totally legit. Those are 50/50 odds right there.

It could be fun though.

My credit card company says I am eligible to pay off my $285 purchase using their special instalment plan where each payment is the purchase amount/ # of months + 0.9% * purchase amount. They even give an example for $300 over 3/6/12 months and the payment amounts maths up real nice. And there’s no interest, just the 0.9% fee!!!

A little bit of actuarializing on my BAII tells me that the nominal monthly interest rate on this special plan is about 17%-19%. :man_facepalming:

carrying a credit card balance to begin with is basically a scam.

Carrying credit card balances is for suckers.

I just know somebody is gonna fall for this 0.9% scam!!!
