FLDIAG
B K
JEH C
leftmost B, that is
I was never going to get that.
Hereās how I did it:
Yeah, I did exactly the same. The border between the As and Gs was the first thing I got and things worked pretty easily from there.

There are no elephants at circuses in 2021. Nor at many zoos either.
Thanks for the clue DeepPurple - gave me a place to start and I was able to solve from there.
Summary
Although I filled out #5 last and had _I_eshow and thought ālive showā - but if I had actually stopped to see what the missing letters were (I had solved for them in other words) I would have gotten the correct answer.
Ok, last one for today. If we do 3 per day then I think weāll get caught up on Thursday, and just do 1 per day after that (except Mondays where weāll get to do the weekend ones as well).

Place the numbers 1 to 9, one per circle, so that each side of this triangle totals 19. Weāve started you off with the 3, 8 and 9. Can you finish the triangle?

_____1
___9___6
__2______8
7__5___3___4
Saw you start typing as I was trying to format mine. Epic ninja.
For some reason I was trying to get the sides up to 18 instead of 19. Iāll use that as my excuse for why I couldnāt get this one!
I got it! Didnāt put my solution, because Iām obviously late to the party, but I still want to play along. This was like a mini-sudoku, and I credit having watched about 200 of Simonās Cracking the Cryptic videos over the past year with a much improved understanding of how to eliminate potentials and solve stuff like this.
Thatās awesome! Thereās something satisfying about solving one of these puzzles.
7/23/2021 - HISS AND CAT
Find a rhyme for each word below to form a common phrase of paird words contained by the word āand.ā For example, HISS and CAT becomes THIS and THAT.
- SLIDE and BOOM
- WED and FOLDERS
- JOHNNY and SIGHED
- JOINT and PICK
- DARBY and MEN
- ARRIVE and TICKING
7/23 - #3 took me the longest
- Bride and Groom
- Head and Shoulders
- Bonnie and Clyde
- Point and Click
- Barbie and Ken
- Alive and Kicking
Thatās funny because I got #3 first and the others took me a while. I didnāt get #2, and for #6 I got the first word but got stuck on the second word (Ticking fit too well and I couldnāt think of the actual word).
