COP Registration and Next Sitting

I was trying to register for COP and I realized the upcoming one in August got filled up really quickly. Anyone know how often these COP take place each year?

And how do we register? I looked everywhere and couldn’t find a link. Do we just email CAS requesting to be registered?
Kind of frustrating.
