Had no idea what the Aztecs logo was, fortunately was able to guess B and the G just fell into place. P on reveal, tough to see the theme, especially since most sports require shoes and balls.

Ditto for wife and me. Note that official solution doesn’t specify that it is an initial E removed (even though it certainly is for the others). Haven’t googled to confirm E-INK exists. (That no others had an E-whatev was irrelevant to us. I guessed the other three before recognizing the last connection, then asked wife about it, and she didn’t see one, but then it occurred to me as I was preparing to submit the guess.)
