Connections Puzzle #270 🟨🟨🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟦🟦🟦🟦 πŸŸͺπŸŸͺπŸŸͺπŸŸͺ What good is spouse? I had all the groupings before consulting her and even she didn’t get the purple connection before reveal. :swear: I even thought of Pipe dream, and would have recognized American dream though I didn’t think of it. But LUCID DREAM and FEVER DREAM ring no bells. Wife recognizes FEVER DREAM My first attempt (not a submitted guess) was to find the last word to go with PIPE CIGARETTE JOINT, but I couldn’t find one. ---

Also got stumped with blue and purple. Never heard cigarette butts called stubs, also never heard of a fever dream. Still should have had it, especially since I’m one of those guys who has lucid dreams. Apparently it’s pretty rare since my therapist is always amazed when I tell her about one of mine. ---

Maybe had one lucid dream ever but get fever dreams when sick with high fever. Solved a software issue in one of them (solution worked in real life) 🀣 ---

I consulted her only after my first two strikes, where I did have the correct idea and the right 5th, without being sure which of mine to drop. Maybe would have guessed right which to drop, maybe not. I had no inspiration about blue or purple, except that purple might well be the start of words, an idea she also had especially when down to 4 words ---
